During the Aroma Dome session you lay on the massage table with the dome over the upper part of the body. You are fully dressed. It is a very relaxing experience where you breathe in the essential oil that will address your need. You breathe in deeply while relaxing. Sound therapy can be used along with this session at no extra charge.
Breathing deeply massages the internal organs, increasing circulation and bringing nutrients to every part of the body. Inhaling through our nose filters out particulates and has a more direct effect to stimulate our brain. Repressing breathing can actually repress feelings. Oxygen nourishes every cell in our being.
